Telephone Problems/E-Triage
Today, 17 August 2022, we are experiencing problems with our telephone system. Intermittently, this may mean that patients cannot contact us by telephone. This is not currently affecting outgoing calls; therefore, any pre-booked telephone consultation for today should go ahead as normal.
To provide patients with an alternative way to contact us we have designed and launched an E-triage solution which can be completed and sent to us via this website. Going forward this form is intended for non-urgent matters only but we are using this today to assist patients as much as possible whilst we continue to experience telephone problems.
